The NDT Analyzer and Bandag Repair System
Determining which tires are ready for retreading and which are no longer suitable for heavy-duty use is something that even the most eagle-eyed inspector can't do visually. With the NDT Tire Casing Analyzer, our trained operators use ultrasonic sound scanning to look beneath the tire's surface for casing separations, pinhole leaks,belt lifts - the little flaws that can add up to big costs in fuel and downtime. In addition, the NDT Analyzer allows us to "grade" the tire, and to provide an expert recommendation as to the best sort of use to be expected from each tire - even the best position for the tire's mounting.

Bandag Rim Refinishing System
The first and only complete rim refinishing system offered in NYC's five boroughs. Includes wheel washing and cleaning, steel shot blast, inspection for cracks, radial runout or stud holes, repainting in choice of colors and remounting.
